Built like a honeycomb: precise in every cell
BEE Engineering Ltd. makes the steel that carries Bangladesh’s power and telecom networks, from our fabrication and galvanizing works in Savar, Dhaka.
Who we are
We supply telecom towers, transmission line towers, distribution line hardware, cross arms and sub-station structures to national utilities, mobile operators and private industry. We are an enlisted vendor of BREB and BPDB.
Bangladesh’s economy has grown fast for two decades, and demand for electricity and mobile coverage has grown with it. Every new feeder line, sub-station and mobile site needs steel that is cut, drilled, welded and galvanized to drawing. BEE Engineering was set up in 2006 to meet that demand with a local, dependable supply.
Today we run our own fabrication sheds, hot-dip galvanizing bath and finished-goods yard under one roof, producing up to 450 metric tons a month. That lets us control the whole job, from raw angle and plate to galvanized, bundled and delivered material.
Our goal is steady, sustainable growth that rewards our clients with reliable supply and our people with long careers.
Why “BEE”
Named after the hardest-working builders in nature
Every cell of a honeycomb is cut to the same exact shape, and the colony works as one team. We took the name because we want our factory to work the same way: precise in every piece, and strong because of teamwork.
The hexagon in our logo is that honeycomb cell, and the gears around the bee stand for engineering.
