Fabrication and galvanizing under one roof
No waiting on an outside galvanizer, and no blame passed between two suppliers.
Proven with national utilities and operators
Enlisted vendor of BREB and BPDB; DESCO, Grameenphone, Robi and others already use our steel.
In-house testing lab
Tensile and load tests on our own 600 kN universal testing machine, without waiting for an outside lab.
Coating checked on every lot
Zinc thickness measured with digital Elcometers before anything is bundled.

Eleven stages, all on one site
The same sequence shown on the flow-chart boards in our galvanizing shed. Nothing leaves our control between the first bath and delivery.

Factory inspection
On 13 July 2025, an inspection team from the Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (Palli Bidyut) inspected line hardware at our factory — from raw materials and fabrication to material testing and dimension checks.
